    I have made this recipe many times for myself and my husband and recently for a friend. It is very tasty and the chops always come out nice and tender. A very simple dish and easy to do.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 1 packet French Onion Soup
    • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 4 Pork Rib Chops

    Directions
    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:40min 

    1. Pat chops dry with paper towel. Brush each chop both sides with the oil.
    2. Empty packet of french onion soup into a dish and coat the chops thoroughly, ensuring dried onion flakes are firmly affixed to the chops.
    3. Place the chops on a rack and cook in a hot oven for approximately 30 minutes, turning once, or cooked to your liking. Serve with baked potato in its jacket or crunchy roast potatoes with vegetables of your choice.
