A quick & very easy versatile cake, that you can modify the flavours of by adding different ingredients
Ready in 50 minutes
Ingredients
Makes: 1 Cake
- 1 & a half cups Self Raising Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Sugar
- 250g Butter
- Half Cup Coconut
- Half Cup Milk

Preparation method
Prep: 5 minutes | Cook: 45 minutes1.
Put all ingredients into a bowl

Mix until Creamy

Place in greased Patty Pans or a Square Cake tin

Cook in moderate oven as below

20 to 30 minutes for Patty Cakes or
45 minutes for Square Tin
Other ideas
To make different flavours add either 3 tablespoons cocoa for a chocolate cake 1 Mashed Banana for a Banana Cake Juice of either 1 Lemon or Orange for Lemon or Orange cake etc. Just use your imagination!
