Kiwi Martini

    You use all kinds of fruits to garnish cocktails, so why not kiwi fruit? I've just given ratios so you can mix up as many martinis as you have guests.

    • 6 parts gin
    • 2 parts vermouth
    • 1 dash Angostura bitters
    • 1 dash maraschino syrup from the jar of maraschino cherries
    • 1 kiwi fruit

    1. Add all liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake well and strain into martini glasses. Garnish with a slice of kiwi fruit.
