Easy and delectable chocolate brownies. YUM
Makes: 20 brownies
100g dark chocolate
200g milk chocolate
150g butter, chopped
200g brown sugar
150g plain flour
- Preheat oven to 180C. Line a slice tin with baking paper.
- Put butter and chocolate into a pot and melt it until smooth.
- Stir in brown sugar, eggs and flour. Pour into tin, smooth and cook for 30 minutes. Put a skewer through and if it comes out clean they are ready.
If the brownit looks undercooked, dont worry because it will firm up and it is better soft than hard.
