    This recipe is a party favourite of mine and is loved by the young and old.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 10 

    • 1 tin Refried Beans
    • 1 tub (large) Light Sour Cream
    • 1 jar (large) Salsa - Mild
    • 2 cups Grated Tasty Cheese
    • 2 pkts Corn Chips

    Directions
    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:2min  ›  Extra time:10min chilling  ›  Ready in:22min 

    1. You will need to make this in a shallow pie dish or a platter that has sides so that all the ingredients stay put.
    2. Spread the can of refried beans around the base of your dish
    3. Layer the Sour cream on top of the beans being sure to use a clean spoon for each ingredient so that they dont mix
    4. Pour the salsa over the top of the sour cream and spread with the back of a spoon
    5. To Finish off sprinkle 2 cups of grated cheese of the top, place in the fridge until your ready to serve. Serve this with a spoon in either end and watch as it is very quickly devoured, the corn chips also act as little scoops (corn chips in accompanying bowl to serve)
