Ingredients
Serves: 6
- 1 Med Couliflower chopped into small flowerettes
- 4 Med potatoes peeled and diced
- 1ltr Chicken stock or enough to cover veg in a large pan.
- 1 slice of ham, steak thickness chopped roughly
- 1 Dollop of good cream in centre each bowl of each serving

- Chop all veg and place in a large saucepan.
- Cover with enough chicken stock to cover veg and boil untill vegetables are tender.
- Add chopped ham when vegetables are nearly cooked and season with pepper.
- When soup is cool blend untill smooth.Serve with a good dollop of cream and crusty bread. Enjoy.
Freezing tip
Freezes very well.
