Chicken and corn casserole

    it a lovely dish on a cold winter's night served hot with crusty bread and rice

    Serves: 6 

    • 1 whole Chicken
    • 1 large Onion
    • 1 Tin Cream of chicken soup
    • 1 Tin Corn kennels
    • half cup Water
    • pinch Salt and Pepper

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:1hour  ›  Extra time:30min Other  ›  Ready in:1hour40min 

    1. pre heat oven 180 degrees .Boil chicken set aside to cool, once cooled shred into a casserole dish
    2. add chopped onion, soup, water and salt and pepper and mix well
    3. put casserole dish in oven for about an hour stirring every 15 mins, serve with boiled rice and crusty bread


    You could always just use a ready cooked bbq chicken to save time!
