Tuna Casserole with Jasmine Rice

    Serves: 4 

    • 2 cups Jasmine rice
    • 425g Tuna in oil
    • 2 cups Mix vegetables
    • 1 can 420g Watties Tomato & Herb pasta sauce
    • 2 1/2 cups Water

    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:40min  ›  Ready in:45min 

    1. Cook rice with water in microwave for 25mins.
    2. Drain oil from tuna and save some of the oil. In a pan, stir fry vegetables with tuna using some of the oil for 5 minutes. Pour in the can of tomato and cook for another 5 minutes.
    3. Serve the rice on individual plates and put the tuna casserole on top.


    Use pasta instead of rice.
