Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Line a 12 cupcake pan with cupcake papers. In a medium sized bowl, lightly beat the eggs and add butter and sugar, then mix until fluffy.
Add milk, flour, vanilla then stir to combine. Beat with electric mixer until creamy. Divide the batter into 12 cupcake papers. Bake for 18-20 minutes until risen and firm to touch. Ice when completely cooled.
TOPPING- Decorate any way you like but a suggestion will be to combine a cup of icing sugar with 1 cup butter and beat until fluffy. Use pink food colouring to give it its pink colour.
