    Serves: 6 

    • 4 large red kumara
    • 2 dsp butter
    • 1 Tsp milk
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 can crushed pineapple
    • 1 cup grated tasty cheese
    • brown sugar to sprinkle

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:40min 

    1. peel, chop and boil kumara until soft enough to mash, mash with milk and butter, salt and pepper to taste
    2. stir in can of crushed pineapple and some of the cheese
    3. put in a baking dish and sprinkle with brown sugar and cheese, grill until golden brown on top, serve hot with pork
