    Hearty homemade meatballs

    Serves: 4 

    • 500g lean Mince
    • 1 Onions (Finely diced)
    • 1 Pkt Chicken Noodle soup
    • 1 Egg
    • 1Tbs Oil
    • 1 bowl Plain flour (for coating meatballs)
    • 3 Cups Gravy

    Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:45min 

    1. Place all your ingredients into bowl and mix well, Making small bite sized balls and coat with flour .
    2. In a hot frying pan with 1Tbs oil place your meatballs and cook until cooked through , they should be nice and dark. Pour your gravy mix over and reduce heat to simmer for 5 mins or until gravy thickens.
    3. Great served with Mashed Potatoes & Veg.
