Cook pasta as per packet instructions and set aside. Grate all veggies and dice up garlic. Cut bacon up into small pieces.
Over a medium heat cook oil and garlic add veggies and mince as well as bacon til browned and veggies are softened.
Add your tins to meat/veg mix. Once that is done add your coffee and cook for a further 5 minutes on a slow simmer
Run your pasta under warm water strain well and serve sauce on top!
If you add one more can of soup you can make this into a bake. Just fill ramekins with all the pasta and sauce mixed together.
In a seperate bowl add 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs, a pinch of dried italian herbs and a 1/2 cup of tasty cheese. Mix together and add to top of ramekins cook at 180 degrees til cheese has melted and browned.
