Quick and easy Burcher Muesli that tastes great and is nutritious

Makes: 5 servings

  • 2 Cups Muesli
  • 2 Cups Dried Fruit
  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 1/4 Cup Fruit Jucie
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Butter Milk
  • 3 Table Spoons Natural Yoghurt
  • To Taste Honey
  • Dash Lemon Juice

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:40min 

  1. Chop fruit and combine all ingredients, if mixture is too dry add more juice or milk as required.
  2. Place mixture into an airtight container and put in fridge overnight.
  3. Serve with a little milk and enjoy.
