Pan Fried or Grilled Chips

    Pan fried chips fast and yummy. Herbs of you're choice. You can also put in chilli powder thats very nice too. Also under the grill is extremly good.

    Serves: 1 

    • 1 large potato or sweet potato
    • desert spoon oil
    • herbs, Italian herb mix is good

    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Peel potato and cut into chip size pieces.
    2. Put the oil in a bowl, add herbs and potato swish around and tumble till all coated with oil.
    3. Microwave on high for 4 minutes.
    4. Throw into a hot frypan (you might need a spray of oil) toss and turn till nice and golden brown. Also under the griller is great too. Just remember to turn them.
