Foxgloves Four Ingredient Bolognese

    23 minutes

A very simple meat sauce that is also great as a base sauce for adding herbs or vegetables. Use on pasta or in a lasagna. I portion this out into zip lock bags and freeze it. When I need a quick meal I throw on some spaghetti and tear down the side of the zip lock bag and heat up the sauce and there you go - throw on some grated tasty cheese, a meal when you don't really feel like cooking.

    2. On a medium heat while stirring sweat off the onions and garlic (cook without browning until onions go glassy to look at).
    3. Add the mince and cook until cooked all the way through.
    4. When meat is cooked add the tin of tomato soup without adding water.
    5. Stir and allow to simmer for about 5-10 mins to allow soup to mix well into the meat and its juices.
    6. Serve hot on top of pasta or allow to cool and portion out to freeze.
