    Buttery and crumbly, cheesy and YUM! Cheese scones made with Parmesan.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 2 dozen

    • 250g plain flour
    • 30g grated parmesan
    • 1 tablespoon baking powder
    • Pinch salt
    • 125g melted butter
    • 125ml milk

    Directions
    Preparation:35min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:45min 

    1. Preheat oven to 200 C. Grease a baking tray and line with baking paper.
    2. In a mixing bowl, stir together plain flour, cheee, baking powder and salt. With a fork stir in butter until mixture is crumbky. Then add milk.
    3. On a floured surface, knead the dough briefly until smooth. Roll it our to 1cm thickness. With a 4cm cookie cutter cut out shapes and place on tray
    4. Bake until golden and serve split with butter if desired.
