This smoothie is extremly refreshing and is a healthy alternative for breakfast or dessert. The nutmeg is what makes it special.
1 medium banana, diced
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons nutmeg
2 tablespoons ice-cream
4-5 ice cubes
- Put all ingredients into the blender.
- Mix well, until the sound of ice crushing disappears.
The ice will help to make it chilled and the ice-cream is used for the consistency.
Way too much nutmeg. Next time I will only use 1/2 teaspoon.
