Apple and Cranberry Smoothie

    This smoothie takes a bit more effort than most because you want to juice apples yourself to use. Alternatively you could use shop bought apple juice but I think that in this smoothie, juicing your own adds to the flavor.

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 Apples
    • 1/2 cup Frozen cranberries
    • 1/2 cup Natural Yogurt
    • 1 Tbs Honey

    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Slice the apples and juice them. Transfer to a blender and combine with the cranberries, yogurt and honey.
