    Although the shop made breakfast bars are very good I like my homemade ones better. Peanut butter, apple and honey, what more could you ask for?

    Ingredients
    Serves: 16 

    • 4 cups of your favourite muesli
    • 1/2 cup of oats
    • 1/2 cup plain flour
    • 1/2 cup diced dried apples
    • 2 eggs, whisked
    • 1/2 cup honey
    • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
    • 80g butter

    Directions
    Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:45min 

    1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C. Line a baking tray with baking paper then spray with cooking spray.
    2. In a large bowl combine the muesli, oats, flour and apples.
    3. In a small bowl stir together the eggs, honey, peanut butter and melted butter. Pour into the muesli bowl and combine well.
    4. Pour then press into the baking tray. Bake for 30 minutes or until the edges are browning.
    5. Cool completely then cut into about 16 breakfast bars.
