Jelly Pizza

    This is a great dessert that my kids love. If you use low-sugar jelly and not too much cream it is reasonably healthy too. I hope my explanation works - I will try and take a picture next time I make it.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 box (85g) of dark coloured jelly crystals
    • 200ml cream, whisked
    • Fruit of your choice e.g. grapes, strawberries, nectarines etc.

    1. Make the jelly with a third less water than asked for to create a firmer jelly.
    2. Set the jelly in round 10cm diameter moulds or in a shallow tray then cut into 10cm round shapes. This is the ‘pizza’ base.
    3. When set serve each jelly on a plate with a layer of whipped cream then place the fruit on top in small pieces so it looks like a pizza. Then presto fruit, jelly and cream that is cool for kids.
