Wine Glaze for Cakes

    This simple recipe enhances your cakes and biscuits with the flavour of your favourite red wine. An adult touch for the "kids at heart."

    • 1 cup (125g) icing sugar
    • 1/4 cup (60ml) red wine

    Preparation:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

    1. In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine the icing sugar and wine. Pour over cake while it is still hot.
