A simple, yet tasty marinade sauce to use on white meats like chicken and turkey. Marinate the meat for an hour or two before cooking - continue to baste the meat in the sauce throughout the cooking process.


Serves: 12 

  • 1/2 cup (125ml) water
  • 125g butter, melted
  • 1 cup (250ml) white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Preparation:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

  1. Pour the water, butter, vinegar and salt into a jar and screw the lid on tight. Shake vigorously until well blended.
  2. Use on chicken or turkey when grilling. Baste every 15 minutes, until meat is cooked through.
