This is one of those great breakfast burritos, that you can treat the whole family to on the weekend. Try cooking all the ingredients on the BBQ - even warming the tortillas before serving. Especially tasty with grated cheese melted inside the burrito.
5 large potatoes, peeled and diced
450g pork sausage meat
10 (20cm) flour tortillas

Boil the potatoes in a large saucepan until they are soft, but not mushy. Drain and return to the saucepan.
In a large frypan brown the sausage until there is no pink left. Drain, cut and set aside.
Coat a small frypan with vegetable cooking spray. Over medium heat, scramble the eggs.
Mix potatoes, sausage and scrambled eggs thoroughly and place into the flour tortillas.
