Cheesey Mushroom Pasta

Although I make this with egg noodles it works just as well with pasta. It's very quick and easy to make.


Serves: 5 

  • 500g egg noodles
  • 1 (400g) tin condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup cubed processed cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup (65ml) milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  2. In large saucepan over medium heat, combine mushroom soup, processed cheese, butter, milk, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted. Stir in noodles and heat through.
