    This is a great party mousse to serve with crackers. Use a shaped mould, like a star or seashell, for something really special.

    Serves: 20 

    • 2 envelopes gelatine
    • 1/2 cup (125ml) water
    • 1 (300g) tin condensed cream of mushroom soup
    • 220g cream cheese, softened
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 cup mayonnaise
    • salt and pepper, to taste
    • 1 teaspoon onion salt
    • 1 teaspoon celery salt
    • 1 (350g) tin water-packed tuna, drained

    1. Line a mould or pie pan with plastic wrap.
    2. In a small bowl, dissolve gelatine in water and set aside.
    3. In a large saucepan, heat soup and cream cheese until soft and smooth. Remove pan from heat.
    4. Mix gelatine mixture, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, salt and pepper (to taste), onion salt, celery salt and tuna into the soup and cheese saucepan. Stir mixture until smooth.
    5. Cover mould or pan and chill overnight. When ready to serve remove the tuna mousse from the mould and serve.
