    It might seem a little weird, but you have to try it! Three ingredient tuna casserole with no hassles at all!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 5 

    • 2 tins condensed cream of mushroom soup
    • 2 (185g) tins tuna, drained and flaked
    • 200g crushed potato chips

    Directions
    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Lightly grease a baking dish.
    2. In a mixing bowl, combine soup, tuna and 1/4 of the potato chips. Mix thoroughly. Pour into the prepared dish. Cover the top with remaining potato chips.
    3. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until potato chips on top start to brown.

    I was so happy to see this recipe because I thought that my family were the only ones who made this "strange casserole" We had this often when I was growing up (one of 8 children.) I made this for my husband, and so did my sister for her husband (he calls it cat food). Anyway, it always gets eaten, so call it what you want! To those of you who add pasta, it just isn't the same, you really just need to try it in the original form, it really isn't a noodle dish.     I only gave this recipe a 4 because I always have added peas, and think it tastes better with peas in it. Overall, a GREAT recipe! I have been making this for years, the recipe was given to me by my father. Great recipe to make with children, also.
