This is a great dip I make for parties. You can use any kind of smoked fish, but I think it's best with smoked swordfish.


Serves: 16 

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 220g smoked fish

Preparation:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream and dill. Mix well. Flake the smoked fish into the mixture and gently fold until the dip is well combined.
