When you roast a turkey at Christmas this is a great way to use up the leftover meat and stuffing. Enjoy!

Serves: 4 

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise, or to taste
  • 4 long rolls, split lengthways
  • 1 cup leftover roast turkey meat, grated
  • 1 cup prepared stuffing
  • 1/2 cup leftover turkey gravy
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce

Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:20min 

  1. Preheat an oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on each half of the rolls. Layer 1/4 cup turkey, 1/4 cup stuffing, 2 tablespoons gravy and 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce on each of the four halves. Top each roll with the remaining half. Wrap each roll in aluminium foil and place in the oven for 15 minutes or until heated through.
