    1. In a large bowl, mix together the beef mince, sour cream, onion soup mix, bread crumbs and pepper using your hands. Refrigerate while you heat up the bbq so the flavours have a chance to blend.
    2. Form the beef mince into 8 balls, and flatten into patties.
    3. Cook the patties for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until well done.

This is THE only way I will make burgers. They are juicy, flavorfull, and even have a sort of creamy texture. They fall apart on the grill so be carful. I make the mixture the night before so the flavors have time to meld. The first time I made these my friend, after devouring it in no time at all, told me to tell his wife the recipe. I like to melt swiss cheese on top. This is always a hit with my guests when I make them.  -  05 Jan 2006  (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)

These are FANTASTIC! ~~~Yummmmm~~~ I did keep them in a ball overnight so the flavors would savor. My family & friends couldn't get enough of them & devoured every one. Thanks this is a super duper recipe. I didn't have any problem with mine falling thru the grate, maybe because I left them in a big ball after mixing & let set overnite  -  12 May 2007  (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)
