    Sour cream is the secret ingredient in these burgers. You can make these ahead of time and freeze them also. Serve on buns with all of your favourite toppings.

    Serves: 8 

    • 1 kg beef mince
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 (30g) sachet dry onion soup mix
    • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
    • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

    1. In a large bowl, mix together the beef mince, sour cream, onion soup mix, bread crumbs and pepper using your hands. Refrigerate while you heat up the bbq so the flavours have a chance to blend.
    2. Form the beef mince into 8 balls, and flatten into patties.
    3. Cook the patties for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until well done.
