Raw Tomato Pasta Sauce

    You don't have to cook a simple tomato pasta sauce, especially if you are serving stuffed pasta like ravioli. Don't forget garlic bread and wine!

    Serves: 2 

    • 1 (440g) tin diced Italian tomatoes
    • 4 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste

    1. Drain the tinned tomatoes. Stir together the drained tomatoes, garlic and olive oil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
