    This is a great all-purpose chocolate glaze or thin icing perfect for cakes, cupcakes and muffins. Very simple.

    Serves: 4 

    • 250g dark chocolate, chopped
    • 125g unsalted butter
    • 1 tablespoon light golden syrup

    Preparation:10min  ›  Ready in:10min 

    1. Place the chocolate and butter in the top of a double boiler. Add golden syrup and set over a pan of simmering water. Stir occasionally until melted and smooth. Use immediately.
