These filled Polish dumplings are usually served with sour cream and crispy bacon. This is an old family recipe.

This made very delicious pierogis but I found the dough difficult to work with. I would imagine a kitchen aid mixer with a dough attachment would make this a breeze. - 08 Oct 2008
