I love rum balls and it's extremely easy to make your own using pre-made cake. Store in the refrigerator.

Serves: 30 

  • 1 (23cm) white cake - cooked, cooled and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) thickened cream
  • 90g dark chocolate, melted
  • 2 tablespoons dark rum
  • 5/8 cup (90g) ground almonds
  • chocolate sprinkles as needed

Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:10min 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups cake crumbs, cream, melted chocolate, dark rum and ground almonds.
  2. Form mixture into small balls and roll in sprinkles. Store in refrigerator.
