These are my favourite bar biscuits with coconut, walnuts and maraschino cherries. I make them on Valentine's Day.

Yummy!!!! I saved the juice from the cherries and made a glaze of powdered sugar and the juice and drizzled over the bars instead of frosting them. They looked festive with the dark pink glaze. - 22 Dec 2010 (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)
