    This is my favourite iced tea ever, which I make all through summer. It uses powdered lemonade mix and cafe-sized teabags.

    Serves: 10 

    • 3 1/2 litres water
    • 3 (100g) litre-size tea bags
    • 1 cup (125g) fresh raspberries
    • 1/2 cup (100g) white sugar
    • 1/2 cup powdered lemonade mix
    • 20 ice cubes

    1. Bring the water to a boil in a large pot and stir in the tea bags, raspberries and sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Allow the mixture to steep until the desired level of tea flavour is reached, 3 to 5 minutes; remove tea bags and stir in the lemonade mix until dissolved. Pour tea into pitchers and add ice to cool.
