Fresh medium prawns cooked under your ovens griller in a sauce of garlic, butter and dry white wine. Serve as an quick and easy entree or over pasta for a main.


Serves: 4 

  • 1kg medium prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 130g butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 3 spring onions, diced

Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:30min 

  1. Preheat oven griller to 260 degrees C.
  2. Stir prawns together with butter, garlic and wine. Place on a baking tray and grill for 10 minutes. Sprinkle on green onions and grill for another 2 to 3 minutes, until prawns are firm. Serve hot.
