A scrumptious topping for ice cream, pikelets or pancakes, this fresh fruit salad uses ripe peaches, late summer berries, sweet honey and aromatic cardamom.
Bring medium saucepan of water to the boil. Add peaches and blanch for 30 seconds. Drain and transfer to a medium bowl. Cover with cold water and cool. Drain, peel and slice.

In a medium bowl, combine peaches with blackberries, strawberries, honey and cardamom. Toss together and refrigerate until ready to serve.
