My favourite way to cook pork chops is to season them with herbs and lemon juice and then fry them with a feta cheese topping.
Yum! I mixed the lemon juice (1/2 cup) and seasonings together and marinated the chops for an hour rather than just dipping. I crumbled the feta and added it to the chops after I plated, and it melted just enough by the time we ate.
