    35 minutes

It's fun to make your own fresh pasta. Keep in mind that it will cook much faster than dried, about 2 minutes.

Excellent pasta without egg.  -  11 Sep 2006  (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)

As suggested, I subbed in 2 eggs and milk. Subbed oil for butter. Very easy to work with and rolled out perfectly without having to use any extra flour.  -  06 Mar 2009  (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)

I rolled out the dough by hand and made ravioli with it. Very Good. My hubby loved it better than store bought.  -  29 Aug 2010  (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)
