    This is a delicious pasta bake with pepperoni for a little extra kick. If you prefer you can easily swap beef mince for the pork.

    Serves: 8 

    • 500g spiral pasta
    • 500g pork mince
    • 1 (500g) jar pasta sauce
    • 750g cottage cheese
    • 75g black olives
    • 375g grated mozzarella cheese
    • 185g sliced pepperoni

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Lightly grease a medium casserole dish.
    2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Place pasta in the pot, cook for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente, and drain.
    3. In a frypan over medium heat, cook the pork mince until evenly brown.
    4. In the prepared casserole dish, mix the cooked pasta, pork and pasta sauce. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, olives and mozzarella cheese. Spoon the cheese mixture over the pork and pasta mixture. Top with pepperoni slices.
    5. Bake 25 minutes in the preheated oven, until bubbly and lightly browned.
