Spaghetti with Peanut Ginger Sauce

This is an Asian-themed pasta dish which uses spaghetti instead of Chinese noodles. Tastes equally good cold or warm.

Yummy recipe... I used homeade fettucine noodles. As another reviewed noted, very similar to one of my fave dishes at a popular restaurant. They also serve it with julienned carrots and bean sprouts which I think would be a nice addition for next time.

The sauce is much too salty and runny. There is not enough ginger flavor either. I will not be making this recipe again.

I make this every week -- my fiance and I CANNOT get enough. I've even made it without the ginger (I realized too late I was out), and it was still delicious.

Great recipe! I used reduced fat - crunchy peanut butter and it turned out great. To add some color and crunch i thinly sliced a few cucumbers. It tasted even better the next day cold!

I didn't have sesame oil or scallions so I used regular oil and a tsp of finely chopped onion and it tasted great - I loved this recipe!
