Nice and refreshing. I made a vegan version using 1 tbsp plain toffutti, 1/4 cup soy milk and 1tbsp coconut powder  -  29 Nov 2013

We enjoyed the mix of flavours in this dish, and found the texture of the zucchini delightful. We found that the flavours bloomed in the refrigerator: the dish improved with age.  -  29 Sep 2008
