Pasta with Goats Cheese and Cherry Tomatoes

    35 minutes

It's simple to make and requires barely any cooking but the combination of flavours is the best! So different from a heavy pasta dish.

Great recipe. I tossed in a bit of crushed garlic for additional flavor. I was not sure what type of goat cheese to use so I picked chevre -- which was awesome. It made a creamy sauce to complement the spinach and tomatoes.  -  25 Jan 2001  (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)

I used seasoned feta cheese, which had sun dried tomatoes and italian seasoning mixed in. This added a nice extra flavor to the pasta, though it is also good with plain feta!  -  12 Apr 2002  (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)

I served this pasta dish on Valentines days with filet mignon. It was the perfect companion. Next time, I think I might add a little black olive, but I can't wait to make it again.  -  27 Feb 2002  (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)
