This is a quick and easy Asian soup to prepare, great as a first course or just as a light lunch. You can add more ginger if you prefer.
Thoroughly enjoyed this light and easy to make soup. I changed a few things. First adding some very thinly sliced carrots (lengthwise) and thinly sliced mushrooms.
