    This is the perfect icing for orange chiffon cake or orange pound cake. Very easy to make, bright and delicious!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 12 

    • 125g butter, softened
    • 3 1/2 cups (600g) icing sugar
    • 1 pinch salt
    • 2 tablespoons orange juice
    • 2 tablespoons light golden syrup
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
    • 2 drops orange food colouring

    1. In a large bowl, beat softened butter, icing sugar and salt until smooth. Add orange juice, golden syrup and vanilla. Beat until smooth and creamy. Tint with orange food colouring.
