Here's a pasta salad which is a little different! Use salsa as spicy as your taste desires. Very quick to throw together.


Serves: 10 

  • 500g macaroni
  • 1 1/2 cups chunky salsa
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green capsicum
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper to taste
  • 185g sliced black olives

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and rinse under cold running water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the salsa, mayonnaise, green capsicum, garlic powder, salt, black pepper and olives; mix well. Pour pasta into mixture and stir to coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
