A delicious way to use up some plums when they are ripe and in season. Great on a cold winter's night served with whipped cream.

Delicious. If it turns out too dry, I would suggest omitting the bottom crust. I added a little extra sugar because I have Friar plums which are very sour. Loved it! - 18 Sep 2011 (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)
