The secret to really good meatballs is to use both beef and pork mince. This recipe makes a very robust soup, full of vegetables and pasta.

GREAT meatballs! Put them in the oven at 350 for about 15-20 minutes instead of frying them. Also used turkey instead of beef. - 01 May 2010 (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)
