    Hommus makes a nice alternative to mayonnaise in this easy light lunch. Spread on whole grain bread and melt some cheese on top.

    Serves: 2 

    • 185g tinned tuna in water, drained and flaked
    • 1 tablespoon red onion, diced
    • 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, minced
    • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, minced
    • 1 tablespoon diced green chilli pepper
    • 1 pinch black pepper to taste
    • 2 tablespoons hommus

    1. Mix tuna, hummus, onion, oregano, rosemary, green chilli pepper, and pepper in a bowl.
